It's easy when we start out, isn't it?

In the early stages, we run on passion, inspiration, and blissful ignorance of what's to come. No one has placed any expectations on us, or our work - so it's all fun. But as we mature, we start to build up walls. 

Suddenly there's anxiety, judgement and expectations. We also develop more refined tastes in writing (which makes us feel that ours will never compare). The longer you write, the more you materialise these mind-blocks that you have to break through every time you sit down to write. But guess what? You are strong enough to break through. Every time. Because there's a #wholewriter inside of you who knows you can.
