#AskStephanie: why should I write another book when my first failed?

Sometimes more is more.

I'll never forget the day someone told me the solution to graduates not getting jobs was to "get more degrees". I was like WTF. I have the same reaction to mother's who have just had babies and are immediately having another one. But actually, this concept tends to work well when you’re a creative person.

I know it sucks when you've just written a book and that's not even selling well and people are telling you that the best way to make THIS one sell, is to write another one.

Build your body of work! They say, while you mumble into your papers.

But actually, they do have a point. I promise you that.
